What a disappointment! Yes the box of cherries and mangoes arrived BUT what a ripoff so few cherries and six mangoes for $124 and that’s not including an additional delivery charge.

The gift-packaging and delivering I can rate highly, but my dear friends sent a photo of the fruit inside... it didn't look as enticing as your marketing pictures, and for $200, it didn't look particularly good value... a bit disappointed.

Having had the lovely snow goose boxes given to us as gifts I ordered 2 as thank you's. The only disappointment was that I never received any notification that they had been delivered and as it was to a doctors office I was concerned and so then rang snowgoose to try and check if they'd arrived in office hours. A text or email once the delivery happens would have made the experience so much better for me.

I really like the snowgoose product. Points for improvement are the image is always of the larger product but with the lower price - so it's disappointing when you get to the final selection and realise you need to spend more to get the item you have in mind / selected on. standard delivery is 2-8 days. our item arrived in 2 days - but the idea of it being 8 is off putting generally feels expensive

ORDER #19056 The delivery date was supposed to be 2022-12-22 but apparently, the hamper was not delivered. Can you call the mobile attached and inform them when it will be possible for you to deliver?

The box was ordered on a Tuesday evening and Snowgoose had it promptly ready by Thursday morning. Unfortunately, Australia Post Star Track seriously let Snowgoose down by allowing the box to sit in their Greenacre facility from Thursday morning until Monday afternoon. The box was finally delivered to the rural NSW address the following Tuesday afternoon with the fruit in apparently acceptable condition.

Thanks for the timely delivery! The fruit looked nice and fresh. However, I have one comment about the hamper. While I understand that there will be variability in the types and size of the fruit and the amount that can fit in the box, there was a notable difference between the advertised product and the one received. Ie. the advertised hamper was packed tightly full of fruit without any realistic packaging. Also a little surprised about the use of only a token 4 grapes in the received hamper. Small things make a big difference to stand out!

The person hasn't received the hamper yet as it takes 3 days for delivery. Disappointed that Rosebud is deemed regional and takes 3 days for delivery from Melbourne.

Disappointed I have ordered before for another friends 50th. The address provided had a person at home waiting for delivery but driver never rang doorbell or knock. Now she has to go n pick it up

Fruit box was excellent. However I wrote a message, but it was not included so the recipient had to do detective work to determine the sender.

There was very little fruit for $150. I was sure there would be a second layer, given how little fruit there was when I opened the box. That’s a lot of money to pay for not much. I will use another company next time.

Having been a longer term customer and WOM marketer, there is so much that is great about Snowgoose. Even though the market has expanded and caught up a lot, there is still no, specific, direct competition. While I'm still positive about the brand, its really time to meet current market expectations with a platform that enables you to do what you do best, and at the same time alleviates a customer from having to call twice to get information needed to progress and complete their order on line. Other aspects which are currently lacking, such as delivery times and confirmations, shipping cost calculator before check out page and the most fundamental alignment with basic accessibility standards of using black text on a white/light coloured background would be solved by investing in updated software with user orientated interface. This would put you back in front and keep you flying a head of the competition, reducing the risk of becoming a dinner for the competition, who are always hungry.

Not enough variety for "GET WELL HAMPERS". Should include some Chinese herbal items like chicken essence under such category. Also to allow Chinese characters for messages.
