“Delivery took 6 days so you can imagine the state of the fruit when it arrived. And I had to order 5 days in advance so in total was 11 days. (They said my area was classed as regional - Banora Point)
It looked like it would have been nice if it was fresh and Snowgoose have been very responsive and given me a full refund.
I truly hope they can sort out their delivery issues as fruit is so much better than flowers.”

“Ordered a Fruit Hamper for my Dad to be delivered Friday. Was left at Greenacre depot all over the weekend. I will not ever order from this company again and will be requesting a full refund.
Fruit is a perishable item and I was assured it would be delivered on the Friday before Father's Day.
Would never recommend to anyone.”

“I sent a fruit hamper a week ago & had to ring up to make sure it was delivered. I was told yes a photo was taken. I still hadn’t heard from the person I sent it to (unusual) in over a week so I emailed him. He had no idea who had sent it & had had to ask 4 people to see if they sent it. MY MESSAGE obviously was NOT attached. Dreadful service. Would like a discount”

“My parents perishable fresh food hamper is currently sitting in the closed Coolangatta Post Office.
My 80 year old parents now have to walk down the hill in the morning and drag their now "not so fresh" box of possibly squashed fruit up the hill.
If you have ever visited the Point Danger lookout and know Snapper Rocks you would know it's quite a climb up the hill.
I don't imagine a taxi or uber driver being terribly impressed with a one way fare - driving my parents back up the hill??
The previous x3 deliveries, over the last x4 years, to this same address went according to plan - there is a 24 hour reception.

“I ordered two Fruit Boxes as follows on 21st of July 2022 ( Last Thursday). These two fruit boxes should be delivered on 25th of July 2022 ( Monday), but no delivery at all. I called your service number 1800 803 570 at 12: 44 this afternoon and a gentleman promised to call me back and give me an update. Unfortunately, nobody called me back today, my clients still did not receive these fruit boxes.
It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Please give me a refund. Thank you very much.”

“I’m very disappointed with Snowgoose and will not order from snowgoose anymore or recommend anyone to do so. You have impressive website but no service at all. On 3rd of April I ordered a get-well hamper for a friend who was down with Covid, by 8th of April, she still had not received the gift and there was not response at all after I sent an email to check on the status. I recently ordered a box for my aunt who's son has just gone from active treatment to palliative treatment for cancer. I ordered a box for last tuesday. On the order there was the comment:
While we will do our best to deliver your gift on your nominated date, please be aware that our courier partners including Star Track are experiencing challenges due to COVID19 and may not be able to deliver your gift on your requested day.
We appreciate your understanding.
So when I didn't hear from her on tuesday or the next few days I did not follow it up with her. I did email snow goose on Thursday so see if it had been delivered on thursday but nil reply. When I called Friday they said yes it had been delivered and left on her front porch on Tuesday. (she does use the back entrance when raining)I could not get in touch with my aunt as she had gone to a weeding up the coast for the weekend. On returning home last night they found the box. What a waste of lovely fruit, still ok but not anywhere near as good as it would have been on Tuesday!
Could I recommend that if day of delivery is not assured the could be confirmation and type of delivery advised to the buyer ( i.e. left in a safe place) so then they could follow it up promptly? I only email as I am so disappointed to have provided a rather lack lustre gift to my aunts family! And wasted lovely fruit!
I then had contact from snow goose. who told me this was no fault of theirs. I have unsubscribed and I will not use them again.”

“The fruit unfortunately was not fresh. We did not receive the salami or strawberries how experience was unfortunately poor. Orange was not fresh neither was the dragon fruit what a disapointment for such an expensive hamper.”

I understand COVID providing challenges and serviceability issues and expect delays but would expect to be informed of delays and at the very least despite delays would expect a box of fresh produce to be delivered.
