The recipient has recieved the fruit box today as a birthday gift. However, much to our dismay, they have shared with us that the fruits were overripe and some were even ineable upon arrival.
They have sent us some pictures that we would like to share with you in a separate email. This was a very disappointing experience and we hope that you can do something about it.

“Disappointed with the mango, cherry and lychee box I sent as a gift to my parents. The mango was rotten inside - I can understand that it is difficult to see inside fruit but I emailed to let customer service know and received absolutely no response.”
“My hamper arrived a day late without any notification. I tried calling, sent multiple emails with no response. When I finally spoke to a customer service representative they advised it will be delivered a day late for no valid reason. Very disappointed.”
“I’m sure your product is amazing but your delivery service let you down big time, our Christmas gift was sadly never received by our daughter, as it was left downstairs/ outside an apartment building and she was not notified by email/phone or even an apartment door bell ring notification, an extremely lazy delivery service, but hey who ever picked it up had a great Xmas present and we are still waiting on a refund 🥺”

“Delivery was great. 5/5. However the produce was disappointing. The cherries were soft and some were thrown away. I was looking forward to the stone fruit for Christmas Day but the fruit was mostly too hard to eat or sour. I have ordered from Snowgoose a few times during 2021 and the experience was OK. I thought that you would have lifted your game for Christmas. I will not be back. The fruit is not cheap and I have decided to put together my own hampers and hand deliver.”
“The cherries were over-ripe when they arrived. Most of them were really soft and a LOT either had bad spots or were mushy and had to be thrown out. I ordered 4kg and feel extremely disappointed.”
“Ordered hamper for delivery to a client, with a pre determined delivery date ( order was placed with enough time for the delivery to occur the said date). Delivery didn’t happen, clients were left waiting and I am still waiting to hear back as to why the delivery didn’t happen.”
