“I paid for a large fruit and savoury hamper. I paid premium dollars. Unfortunately this is a case of expectation (based on web site pictures) and reality. The hamper was not "brimming" or "tightly packed" as it appears on the website. There are gaps in the box which make it look sloppy and a little cheap quite frankly. I can see the number of fruit on the website photo is the same number of fruit that was actually delivered, but in the web site photo, spaces have been filled up with strawberries or other small fruit to make it look enticing. Honestly, I don't expect to pay the $$s I paid to end up with a second class looking gift. All it would have taken was some filler fruit - or what the hec, even filler tissue paper would have done the trick. Will not be using you again. Please have quality control run an eye over these boxes before they go out.”

“I cannot complain nor can I compliment as I sent this gift to a regional hospital to thank staff for looking after my elderly disabled brother, I did not receive any kind of delivery notice from snowgoose and I did not receive a photo of the item being delivered I have no idea if my gift was received by the dedicated nursing staff who are completing double and triple shifts it would be good customer service to send an email to the person sending the gift to know exactly what was sent as it leaves me wandering if a gift hamper was even sent and my money has just gone into a companies bank account”

“StarTrack did not deliver the box of fruit to the door instead leaving a card for pick up at the p.o the next day. This is not acceptable especially for perishable items. It is their common practise from my experience.
Please pass on my thanks to your employee I spoke to this morning, 26 July, explaining my daughter has Covid so she had to be home when star track delivered the card without ringing the bell. She managed to get The box delivered this afternoon. She has helped considerably to renew my faith in your company.
My daughter is delighted and relieved she did not have to make arrangements for the pick up.
I think you would be wise to use a courier service as aside from wine your merchandise is perishable. They are obliged to try contact recipient whereas StarTrack appear not to understand that obligation. I suspect their delivery personnel are on tight time schedules which allow no time to actually fulfill the contract.”

“I am disappointed that my fruit box i ordered to be delivered to to my son, Jason Howard in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital on the 15th had an unsatisfactory amount of ripe or even appropriate items. I was asking to emphasise grapes for a man who has been battling to keep breathing and 14 grapes arrived with 1 cvery green banana, one unripe avocado, not sure if the custard apple was ripe and was that a mango? I wished there was a company that could make up a box according to needs. At last Jason is close to leaving hospital and he has eaten a kiwi fruit that is ripe at last.”

“I am really disappointed to say that our Easter Gift, of "fresh fruit" and chocolate still hasn't arrived 5 days after it's due delivery date. Easter has come and gone and it was ordered two weeks before Easter to ensure timely delivery. What a waste of $240. You can't tell me that it will be "fresh" when it arrives. Very disappointed 😔
Follow up - Company kindly offered to send a second hamper that never turned up, on a further call offered a refund, that hasn't been processed.
Poor experience all around.

Missing fruit and fruit that may look good on the outside, apparently were too ripe and on the way out. certainly not edible. I was disappointed to see that the amount of fruit did not match the photo on the website. It was less and not value for the money I spent. “The actual hampers were good, but the customer service was not, we did a bulk order, and some orders had the wrong cards in them, and some had the wrong hamper delivered, very embarrassing for our business.
I was told by 3 customer services reps, not to order cherries as all the rain we had ruined them, and if I order different hampers I will get a discount, due to me wanting to order cherries, this did not happen, when the order was made I was told I could have ordered the cherries, information was not consistent. There was one girl who was helpful in the end and apologetic, but the damage was already done.”
