The box I had delivered on Monday was amazing and the usual excellent quality. My rating reflects the disappointment that the card information I had specified was not included so, until today, the recipient had no idea as to who the gift was from. Fortunately, today she spotted my name on some paperwork that I am assuming was included in the box. Please ensure messages are included in your box gifts!! She only had my name which she found by chance…albeit 3 days after receiving the box, so I was able to tell her the other 2 people who were also part of group sending the get well wishes!. Snow goose delivered my order in a timely fashion which was appreciated but to be honest I was not stoked with the amount of fruit in the box. I got sent a picture from the recipient and there was significantly hless fruit than what is pictured on your website, so I feel as though your website is deceiving. Disappointed.

My sister was delighted with her gift. It was packaged beautifully (which she commented on) and she said the fruit was lovely.

Unnecessary compulsory questions before placing order and large gap between order and delivery. I ordered on 19 May in the morning and first available delivery date was 25 May, which is a week apart. No issues for this ocassion but not quick gifting. The moment may have passed for others if thia is the standard.

I have received a couple of hampers & have been delighted with the quality of the contents. However I am very disappointed in this hamper, I sent it as a gift & 1 of the biscuit packs included expire on 29 April 2022 & the other has no best before date.

The contents of the hamper seem really good but I struggle to understand how Frankston is deemed to be a regional centre which then put the delivery back 3 days?

Disappointed as no card arrived with the box of fruit so our friend had no idea who sent it. This was important as it was a get well give for a friend who has been in hospital. I remember writing a message when I ordered the item.

I would have giving this 5 stars if I did get my whole message I wrote on the gift card . The card was received to my friend without the name of the sender!!!! I have signed it with my full name at the end of my greeting message but somehow went missing!!

Very quick delivery. Recipients said they were delighted, but as the sender I was disappointed at the lack of abundance/ luxury the regular box appeared to have. 10 single fruits and 1 bunch of grapes cut into pieces, plus the Moet. I have another box yet to be delivered so hoping this is more luxurious in appearance.

Efficient ordering process, excellent presentation. But I was very disappointed I didn’t get a shipping or delivered notification. The only reason I knew the order was delivered was because a family member saw it at its intended delivery address

Would be good if we received notification/confirmation of delivery. Shipping is generally more expensive than other places that do same day delivery. But hamper quality is good.

We were disappointed that the delivered box didn't seem to be the same as we had ordered. We assumed it would be the same as the picture of the item we ordered. Part of the payment was for the Wooden crate but it was delivered in Cardboard and in the photo of the large size there were 8 mangoes but only 6 were in our delivery. Our daughter-in-law thought the quality of fruit - Cherries, mangoes and Lychees was good but I don't think I'd order from you again when there wasn't a lot of fruit for $200 and it wasn't in your signature wooden crate as shown. We felt as though we didn't get what we paid for.

Was really disappointed by the packaging used by Snowgoose this Xmas for its cherries. The wooden box previously used added a huge ‘Wow’ factor to our Xmas table. If the photos on the website had shown that the cherries would come in a cardboard box I don’t think I would have purchased from Snowgoose. The cherries themselves were nice.
