“The delivered hamper which by the way was 4 days later than we were told, was nothing like displayed online. I would say half the quantity of fruit. Won't use their service again, quite disappointed, Covid-19 or not.”
“Snowgoose produce is normally top knotch. I placed my most recent order in desperation at the poor quality of supermarket fruit at the time. Sadly, the mixed fruit box was not up to the usual standard. The apples were floury; the grapes were soft and unpleasant. For $150, I would have expected much, much better. I will continue to order Snowgoose cherries, which are always world-class, but don't think I'll go with the mixed box ever again.”
“I like Snowgoose and so far I bought only fruit hampers online. The last purchase I did, I didn't know if the other party had received the hamper as I didn't received any mail or message to say it was delivered, so I had to ask the third party if they actually received a fruit hamper from me. It would be nice in future if Snowgoose can send a message to say it has been delivered so I am aware. Thank you. Coney”

“Love the product, Snowgoose apple juice, but hate the their website and their delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. If I didn't know that Snowgoose sells apple juice their website would not make it easy for me to find and order the juice. I order every few months and yet I have to order by finding the order form and filling out all the same details every time. The site should make re-ordering really easy, but it doesn't. The delivery person simply drops two boxes of juice at my front door and departs - no knock, no ringing the doorbell. My most recent delivery my wife and I were both home and got as surprise to open the front door and find the two boxes sitting there.”
“The fruit and chocolates were Top Quality and packaging was very well done. I was disappointed in the Time Frame. I specially ordered it for a Fathers Day Gift and although I knew it would not be there on the day, I was told it would be delivered on the Tuesday. It did not turn up till the Thursday and by that time, I was back from holidays and it totally lost the impression it was meant to make.”
“Staff generally tried to be helpful, (standard) Requested particular fruit e.g. Mangoes and Lychees (3rd week of January 2021) but was told not in season however these fruit are available in Coles, Woolworths various Fruit shops, markets etc. Getting towards 3rd week of FEB, these fruit are still available in the supermarkets. Was told it would be quality fruit and they will do all possible best fruit. Delivery did not arrive till late in the afternoon. Was of the impression that if this order was not followed up several times with Snowgoose, it possible delivery would not have arrived in time for the 96th year old recipient. The response was "trying to find a driver". (?) This was 4.30 p.m. Sydney time. Quality of fruit on arrival is fine but nothing special or super fresh. Basic every day fruit, e.g. apple, orange, pear, avocado etc. Ordinary for the price you pay. Just felt when a special request is made, "Customer Service", it would be nice if an effort is made. Having to follow up when delivery not received late in the afternoon break one's confidence !”
