“Another disappointment . I ordered cherries , lychees and mangoes for Christmas before going into hospital.I was still in hospitalon Christmas Day so I had no first hand experience with the goods. However my daughter sent me a photograph.The mangoes were hard and green a few days before Christmas. No apology, no refund, nothing.. ‘ How delightful’ we are told ‘ to be able to indulge in amazing fruit’ picked at ‘exactly the moment they’re at their best.’’ ‘ Your gift’ it is confidentally maintained ‘ will arrive in perfect condition’! Perfect condition! Don’t think so. Incredibly disappointing. This was a Christmas present for my daughter! No apology or price reduction. I am incredibly disappointed. I have been in hospital for approximately 4 months including over Christmas. I was bitterly concerned that this present was so disappointing with no apology forthcoming.
