I was very happy that it was such and easy replacement process I was a bit disappointed that the hose broke so fast when I had followed the instructions to the letter I hadn't had it but a month and didn't use it every day so that wasn't a good thing. The only negitive thing I can say is that I wished the company would have allowed and e change for shorter length once I purchased it I realized that I really only needed maybe 50 ft hose and I would have been happy to get 50ft as replacement rather than 100ft however I will make it work

Snow Joe products are absolutely great and the customer service is extraordinary. Yes that is true when I had an issue with a product I just bought a couple of weeks ago. And so because of my busy schedule, I decided just to send them an email about it. And yes right away, as in just minutes I got a reply, and after 3 or 4 emails it was resolved right away. Excellent customer service and thumbs up to the guys behind the email customer support.

I called and spoke with Alexander and I must say he was very polite and professional. He was very easy to speak with and explained to me where my needle clean-out tool was attached to my owner's manual. My real concern was the inlet water hose attachment (not being able to screw it in and feel like it was secure from leaking). I haven't had the opportunity to try it yet due to the weather.

Ugh. Customer service rep literally changed story within minutes of saying would provide an actual refund to instead saying it would have to be a webstore credit. However, I don't want other of their products. The AJ801E device is poorly made, not durable. The electric motor itself literally fell apart into pieces after a couple of hours use! Think twice before buying this company's products. Lots of one star reviews and product failure stories out there concerning the AJ801E.

As I have said Sun Joe’s customer service is second to no one. So very thankful you honored my warranty. Everyone I spoke to was So helpful and knowledgeable. I LOVE MY SUN JOE pressure washer - it is so very easy to use. I rave about it to everyone- my 90 year old neighbor bought one and loves it. Thanks again.

HI, I contacted customer support to check the possibility of purchasing an extended warranty and i was surprised that this isn't possible and the only option is to purchase the warranty 45 days from the date of purchase and i don't know this information. I have Snow Blower machine which I purchased it earlier and is out of support now. This machine is still in the box and i didn't open it yet because last year i had some extra balance with the snow removal company so they removed the snow for me so i didn't open the snow blower machine and still in the box and i'm planning to use it this year but unfortunately is out of warranty and i can't purchase an extended warranty for this machine !!!

48 V one year old huge maybe once or twice bought new batteries because it would not run plug the batteries in this afternoon on November 14th and both batteries caught on fire inside my garage I had to hook the garden hose up and sprayed on the unit to stop the fire.
