It took a lot of back and forth, but ultimately, Snow Joe honored its warranty and replaced our defective blower. I can only hope that the new one will not disappoint.

I bought a snow joe garden tiller and it was missing one piece, the safety lock for one of the tillers to remain in place. I called the number and the customer service was excellent, I received the piece in less than one week. I know issues happen during production, but remedying the issues is what brings customers back. I have quite a few snow joe items and will continue to be a satisfied customer.
