I recently had an issue with my Sun Joe pressure washer. I called and spoke with Grace who was extremely helpful and discovered an error from my previous call when I was told my unit was not under warranty, even though it was less than 2 years old. Grace patiently walked me through the proper steps, helped me supply the proper information and was able to determine that my unit was indeed still under warranty and would be replaced. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and Grace was a joy to work with over the phone.

Terrible. My mower broke after very little use. Warranty was supposed to send me a new mower. Despite promising to, they never did. So it was a total waste of money.

We love it but I was disappointed the $20.00 certificate to show how we love the blower is only available in the USA. This isn't right! If you're selling to Canada and USA it should be honored in both. I live in Winnipeg, MB, where lots of snow falls and bought it because I seen the reviews! The people blowing the snow, like the 81 year old, lady blowing snow with ease, sold me. Also, it is 35lbs, and you stand behind your product. We are vary happy, but please re-think, the $20 as we get lots of snow and can sell it too

Customer service was excellent! The original hose developed a slit in the pkastic liner. I patched it and ad soon as I turned on the water in leaked in another area. My fear is that the replacement hose will also fail in short order.
