I bought a Snow Joe snow blower from Walmart and it was not working when I tested it on the 32nd day and I couldn't return it due to Walmart policies. I have to connect with the Snow Joe team and I appreciate that the team is good at supporting customers. They sent me a replacement unit. I am happy.
