“Not very happy as I paid extra to pick my delivery day, and it didn't arrive until the following day. Was told my delivery charge would be refunded.. still waiting!!!!”

“Very pleased with the products and more so with the prices. Delivery is always followed up with a text which allows you to track timing, and the driver rings to give notice when about half an hour away. When I need to collect items from the warehouse, it always runs very efficiently, with special thanks to Ian who is always very courteous and helpful no matter how busy he is 👍”

“Soak r obviously a newly formed company spoke to several people On the phone and they had no product knowledge. The unit ordered Was different to the advertised on line sol had to return 4 parcels at My expense still waiting to becredited”

“I was supposed to take delivery of my bath on the 7th Dec but was never informed that the bath was not coming until I phoned after several attempts to get through as it was constantly engaged. I have been told I will get the bath on the 11th Dec and that my delivery charges will be returned to my bank account. I asked for a confirmation email about the new arrangements but still have not received this either. All went well with placing my order but until I have the bath I cannot comment further”
