“The items I bought were good but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. I spent 45mins waiting for my call to be answered. Extremely unhelpful refund/exchange service. I was expected to find my own courier to return a bath tub! (exchanges are not offered). I was not able to find one. Very poor delivery service. They did not contact us with a time slot and instead left all of our items on the pavement. Was not able to make a complaint to the company as this is not offered on the website. Honestly, due to poor customer service, I would not recommend.”

“I ordered the radiator online and within a couple of days received a delivery date, which was in the next 7 days. I waited for the delivery to arrive, but it never turned up. I thought maybe it would be delivered the next day, but again it never arrived. The next morning I telephoned Soak, to be told my product is out of stock and I would need to wait another 10 days. The office and warehouse do not seem to be communicating to each other. If a product is out of stock how can I have a tracking number and delivery date? Why didn't the office call me to tell me it was out of stock and would be another 10 days? It finally arrived, but what a nightmare!!”

“On delivery the toilet cistern was damaged but after a phone call & 2 photos a new one was sent a few days later with no agro. Very well dealt with ....... Thank you.”

“They never I order my shower on the 17th November and it turn up on the 30th. I was told it would be with me on the 26th. I never revived any email to say it was dispatched & I was left with no shower for 3 weeks. Never order from them again I ask to speak to a manager & I'm still waiting for the phone”
