“I have not been made happy. I placed my order on 21st January, and phoned on 25th January to enquire about progress on delivery. The person answering my call had a great deal of difficulty in tracing my order, despite my providing the order number, my name, my full address, and the delivery address. When the order was eventually traced I was told to expect delivery by 1st February, which is much later than I anticipated. This review is written on 29th January.”

“Speedy delivery. However, radiator I ordered has an area of discolouration due to rust to the rear at the base. Would return but required ASAP.”

“I'm so angry and disappointed...not only has my order been delivered with missing parcels, my unit has come broken on both sides...my plumber was here today and meant to be coming tomorrow to complete my job and now he will need to be put off and I'll have to pay even more to request he come back... I have never been so let down by a company. Upon raising these issues with staff via phone I was told perhaps sometime next week for my missing parcels and who knows about the broken wall unit as I have to wait on an email that I've been waiting on for to send pictures to then be told if they will replace it and when this could be!!!”

“Soak itself has a great service, however I am extremely disappointed with DX the delivery company. I paid extra for nominated day delivery and the order did not arrive until the following day. This meant our plumbers had nothing to do and still needed paying costing us more money. I received no email to say why it had not been delivered or that it would not be delivered on the day that I had payed for. This is unacceptable and I look forward to hearing how you will compensate for this”
