“Arrived on time managed to find our difficult location”

“The Bath quality is very good. I'm a plumber and fitted one last month that a customer ordered it online, very much an inferior product to this one. When i ordered the L shaped bath the online "shop assistant" was very useful and offered me the next day delivery ( £40 extra) telling me that it would be refunded to my account as the ordering system was playing up and would not let me order it any other way. HOWEVER, im still waiting for the "refund". I would not have taken the next day delivery didn't need it, just hope i get refunded soon. (if this site is monitored by Soak check the online chat thats recorded regarding the order, it clearly states that your assistant was going to refund me the delivery cost) thank you”

“I purchased 1160mm Harper Gloss Grey Combined Vanity Unit - Cesar III Pan. The goods were fine except for the leak in the ceramic basin. This was rectified by soak politely and quickly with no hassle my end. They sent a replacement out to me reasonably quickly. So well done soak, that is why I have rated you positively. I did have to pay the plumber again to refit the new basin but that is how things are now. The manufacturers obviously have no quality control or testing goods before they are shipped.”

“This company needs to understand customer service and that while they sub contract deliveries out it is still their responsibility The delivery company they use can only dream of rising to mediocre This service is reflecting badly on soak After much persuasion soak customer service put pressure on delivery company to fulfill they order”

“I made several purchases with Soak.com and applied the discount code as advertised. When the items came to be fitted several were of poor quality and a bath panel was split. I requested an upgrade of which I paid considerably more than the original item only to be told that I would not be refunded for the original faulty (poor quality) item. Below is the reply from Soak. WHY OFFER DICOUNTS AND THEN TAKE THE MONEY BACK BY SUBDIFUGE. Dear Mr Hall, Thank you for your patience. I have been in contact with the accounts team and due to the discount on the order they are unable to refund the damaged item as it will take you below the threshold for the discount to be applied.”

“I have spent over £600 and to net free delivery it states 2-8 working days. Today is day 9 and I have still not been informed as to when I will receive it. It is a large delivery so I need to be home. I have emailed to see if I can get a date but still had no response. I expected better.”
