Hi Caroline, We are really sorry for the issues with your order. A system error with one of our brands caused some products to be missed and the gift note to not be included, which is really frustrating. This error has now been resolved. I understand the delay on the rest of your order was caused by the Royal Mail strikes but these items have now arrived safely. Thank you for the feedback regarding drop-shipping, we have tried to make this as clear as possible on the website but will continue working to improve this. All the best, Matt
