We have spoken with the customer and apologised. The delivery driver's comments were rude and unhelpful. We have contacted the Supplier concerned and asked them to complain to their contracted home delivery partner's depot.

“Very impressed with Sofa & Homes. We bought a chair from them after experiencing bad customer service at a local furniture store. We’re so glad we did. The lady who rang us very soon after ordering to arrange delivery was very friendly and helpful. The chair arrived yesterday as promised and we love it. I would definitely buy from here again.”

“This is the second time we have used sofa and home to buy our kitchen stools. We had to sadly leave our lovely kitchen stools behind as part of the sale of our flat! So when we fitted a new kitchen in our house, it was easy to just get back in touch with this company and order some more!”

“Our Shangri-La recliners arrived in good time. They are very well made, and although I missed the bit on the website about self-assembly(!) they weren't too difficult to put together. They look very nice in our lounge and are very comfortable. Thank you.”
