“You never made me happy I just bought some chairs,the only thing was when I tried to assemble them two went together ok but the other two had to have two holes on each opened out to allow me to thread the bolts in not ideal”

“Having ordered a recliner chair almost 2 weeks ago with a delivery time of 3 TO 7 DAYS I was not even contacted by the delivery company to arrange a delivery. VERY DISAPPOINTING service, would NOT recommend. Ordered from another company at a cheaper price, being delivered NEXT DAY !!!”

Delivery of this item is quoted by the supplier as 3-7 working days. After 5 working days the customer asked by email for an order update. We spoke to the supplier who said that stock had been allocated to his order and would be shipped. We also informed the customer that there wasn't any more stock available in this particular fabric until mid December. The customer decided not to wait and cancelled the order, which is to be refunded within 14 days.

“We were more than satisfied with the service and quality of the item purchased. The only thing that went a little wrong was that we were given a day for delivery from your office! This did not happen, and when we phoned asking why we were told the delivery company would telephone a day, and time slot. Again this did not happen and only when the delivery arrived did we know it was coming. Overall a very good experience, but if we had not been at home when the delivery was made what the procedure would have been, I do not know! Quality, and the way the item was packed could not be faulted.”

“Deliver Drivers excellent. Ease of ordering.chairs very nice and comfortable. The only concern I have is the corner of one of the chairs is wrinkled but I hope it will ease out”

“We were kept informed all the time & knew exactly what was happening. We were told we would receive a day & time notification, which we did. On the day of delivery we had a time slot of an hour which the chair was delivered well within the time. The courier was very polite. The chair was self assemble of which my brother was impressed as there was an extra screw etc, & clear instructions.”

“I was so pleased with my chair that I have already sent you an email. Extremely pleased with quality, colour exactly as swatch sent to me. Delivery was straightforward and was packed extremely well, so I knew it must be in good condition and could not have been damaged in transit. I did unpack in front of driver and everything was fine. Thanks once again, will definitely shop with you again sometime.”
