“Had big issues with the Windows 10 updates as Microsoft office stopped working and could not open. This was happening for last 2 days. Got online with live chat and live chatted with Patrick. He was absolutely terrific. He solved the issue and problem and as we were disconnected your support team connected me back to Patrick. As this was a big issue Patrick spent time to solve the problem. Great work and great support”

“Today, Patrick the technician assisted with an issue that arisen whilst I was attempting to download software for a colleague of mine. I would like to advise that Patrick dealt with the issue swiftly, efficiently and persistently. We faced a few hurdles throughout the process as you do with all things IT, but Patrick had lots of solutions to solve the issues that did arise. This job seemed to be quite a lengthy long-winded job (in my eyes) but Patrick kept at the job at hand throughout. Also nothing seemed to be a problem. I did ask multiple questions and he was happy to answer them each time. Thumbs up Patrick! :)”
