“I like my bands but i did email asking for help with one of my bands that fit me too big and no one has gotten back to me if I could return this bad or help getting fixed for me that would be great”
“My initial impressions were an easy 5 stars. Loved the look and the comfort of the bands. They were a little tight at first but I was ok with that because I assumed they would stretch. They did, in fact, stretch out, but way too much. It was probably within 2 weeks of wearing the bands before they become too loose and really annoying on my wrist. The clear stitching that holds the braids together started breaking too soon as well.
Customer service was great. I reached out to them to see what I could do to shrink the bands back to size and they quickly offered me a replacement. But the replacement band was the same story.
I will not be a repeat customer.”
“Solace has been really easy to work with. I LOVED my first band from them but it started separating from the piece that attaches it to the watch - I reached out and they had me a replacement within a few days. The style of the band had changed just a tiny bit - the material was softer/stretchier (which I think will mean it's less likely to pull apart like my first one did) and so the same size I'd had previously was now too big. They fixed that, too, by sending me a smaller replacement. Really appreciate the quick and attentive customer service. I love my band, love that it's small and fits me, and it's super cute. Highly recommend!”

Hi Roxann, Thank you for reaching out! Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.

“I am giving this company 3 out of 5 stars because when I purchased my 2nd band from them, it came defective and I was charged shipping to send it back by the company. I don't think that is right. I purchased the first band and I really like it...fits great, not too tight so I ordered a 2nd band. When I pulled it on my wrist, one of the woven pieces came out of the end and was hanging out. I didn't think it was a good idea to keep it because if one piece came out the rest probably will too. I just don't think this one was made right....maybe made on a Monday-ha. Went through the website to return and I had to pay the shipping to return it. I won't buy anymore even though I like the first one and am still wearing it.”
