“I am giving this company 3 out of 5 stars because when I purchased my 2nd band from them, it came defective and I was charged shipping to send it back by the company. I don't think that is right. I purchased the first band and I really like it...fits great, not too tight so I ordered a 2nd band. When I pulled it on my wrist, one of the woven pieces came out of the end and was hanging out. I didn't think it was a good idea to keep it because if one piece came out the rest probably will too. I just don't think this one was made right....maybe made on a Monday-ha. Went through the website to return and I had to pay the shipping to return it. I won't buy anymore even though I like the first one and am still wearing it.”

“These bands work great, they are very true to size. I ordered 3 bands a bit bigger than what my number was when I measured (because my wrists swell) I love them so far. The company was also very quick to rectify a mistake that was made in the shipping it took less than a day to have the correct item being shipped out.”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the experience I had with Solace is worth writing about.
I bought 3 bands after measuring my wrist size and falling right in between S and M. Knowing they’d stretch, I went with size S. Well, they showed up and didn’t fit (too big!). I inquired about exchanging them for an XS, and was directed to their return/exchange site. I’d already tossed the packaging because I’m dumb like that, so I was worried they wouldn’t take them back. And they didn’t! They sent me the bands in XS size and told me to donate or gift the bands that didn’t fit. Amazing. Def will order from here again.”

Hi Antonio, We're sorry to hear that. Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you. Please reach out to contact@solacebands.com and they will be able to offer you a replacement for the broken/loose band.
