“The first band I ordered was too big, so I sent it back, exchanging for a smaller size. The exchange process was easy. When I got my smaller band, it fit way too tight, and I felt like there should be a size in between the two sizes I tried. Eventually it stretched out to a comfortable fit, but now, almost 4 months later, it is too stretched out and my watch band slides up and down my wrist. So take that into account when getting a non-adjustable band.”
“I ordered two bands- one is easy to decrease links/ make smaller while the other is not as easy to figure out so I am unable to wear it (due to it being too large).”
Hi Lindsay, For the Nova band, did you try using the extra metal insert pieces that came with the tool? There are longer pieces that can be screwed in that should allow you to push the pins all the way out.
“I ordered a small and it was too small. I requested an exchange for a medium. The customer service was fantastic! I love the band. For me the measurement process didn't give me the best size. Solace was great to correct it.”

“I like the stretchy fabric of the band. My only problem is that I have very small wrists and even the extra small is big on me. I can wear it if I push it a little higher on my arm. I’m not sure how that affects the functions of the Apple Watch though- like heart tracker etc.”
“I love mine but I got one for my daughter and hers was coming apart on the second day I contact them and they said they would ship a new one for her, and it has been 2 weeks since it said it shipped and we still have not gotten it ,and when I check tracking it says preshipment and no updates from them when I contacted about it. So the shipping on them is not good .”

“Got the imperium loop band last month because I loved the look and idea of a simple, braided, thin band. Unfortunately within a week, it was so stretched out I couldn’t wear it without it sliding up and down my arm and disabling the watch all throughout the day. I tried to make it work but on top of that, it got really dirty within a few days too.
Disappointing because it was an expensive band that is became unusable within a week of purchase. S”
