“Customer service is awesome!!! Ordered three and they were all too small. They were replaced quickly with no hassle! Happy with the bands. Only small issue is that the are all the same size but fit a little different. I have small wrists so probably notice the difference more because of that.”
We're sorry to hear that. Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you.
To get the exchange process started, please go to our returns and exchanges portal at https://solacebands.com/a/return and follow the steps.
“I have a Garmin watch and bought a new watch band, they show you how to measure your wrist so you get the right size. I love my new watch band and will definitely order another one, it fits perfectly and I forget I’m wearing a watch it is so comfortable!”
“Wonderful watch band! Exactly what I wanted. Had to exchange it and the process was super easy. Have nothing but good things to say. Will be ordering from here again!”
“My watch band is great! I am allergic to most styles of watch bands but not this one. I originally ordered the wrong size, and Solace bands was wonderful to work with to get a replacement. I’ll definitely reccomend to all of my friends looking for a new band, especially ones with allergies like mine!”
“I had ordered an extra small which was too tight. It was replaced with a small that works great. The watch does not twist around! Instead of returning the small customer service said to pass it on which I did. Which was great!”
