I had ordered small, but after wearing it for a few days, I thought it was a little tight so I requested a return to buy the medium. Not only did they ship out my new bands the next day, they told me to keep (donate, etc) the ones that didn't fit well. This was wonderful!

“Nice quality, and but despite measuring my wrist and taking the recommendation of the company to go down as size, it was way way way too tight so I would recommend going up a size even if it does stretch, it was cutting off my circulation. they sent me a bigger size at no charge, and I didn’t have to send the old one back.”

I ordered 3 bands on December, 13th. The Solace website advertised everywhere about delivery from 2 to 5 days. It was delivered 10 days later (Dec, 23rd)...
It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it was delivered too late, we took a flight to our vacation spot the day before (12/22). I live in California.
Worried it might not be delivered in time, I reached out by email to customer service, who told me that it was not their fault and blamed the shipping carriers. It was not helpful.
If Solace can't anticipate and handle high demands during Christmas time, then Solace shouldn't advertise about delivery between 2-5 days on their website.
It's false advertising and misleading.”
