“I always got the thick large band. This time I ordered the thin large band. With the thin band I could have gotten the medium band. Keep this in mind.”

I ordered 3 bands on December, 13th. The Solace website advertised everywhere about delivery from 2 to 5 days. It was delivered 10 days later (Dec, 23rd)...
It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it was delivered too late, we took a flight to our vacation spot the day before (12/22). I live in California.
Worried it might not be delivered in time, I reached out by email to customer service, who told me that it was not their fault and blamed the shipping carriers. It was not helpful.
If Solace can't anticipate and handle high demands during Christmas time, then Solace shouldn't advertise about delivery between 2-5 days on their website.
It's false advertising and misleading.”

“Watch fits very loose. I can't seem to find my order number to be able to return the band or exchange for a different size. I would recommend getting a size smaller than the website recommends.”
“I love the loop bands, they are super comfortable and go through the washing machine like stars. Washing them that way seems to help them go back to their original lengths.
I am still getting used to my perma bands. Once I figured it out they are easy to adjust by removing links although the pins are very small and my eyes are not so good. My challenge is my arm seems to be 1/2 link too large for the non-thin band so it is loose which doesn't make me feel like my watch is reading correctly. I am having more luck with the slim perma bands I bought because their links are smaller. It would be nice if the larger perma band had a small link on each side that could be used to adjust for this situation. Still everything said, I wear Solace bands pretty much 100% of the time”
We're sorry to hear that. Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you.
