“The bands are good quality, but a bit smaller than they seemed like they would be, according to the sizing tool you can print off. The first bands I got were way too small, but I was able to easily exchange them for a larger size, which was nice.”
“It’s fits good once you get it sized right. However trying to size it to fit properly is a pain and the clasp on the band is uncomfortable on the wrist. I probably should have gotten the fitted one”

“First it took 10 days from when I ordered to receive the band. When installing the band on my watch it cracked. So I took a picture of it and they said I could return it for $8.99 and I would have to wait for it get back to them, before I could wait another 10 days to get a band to use my watch.”

“I have 3 imperium loop bands right now. One in champagne pink that I bought from amazon, and the 2 I bought here: sand and lavender. I really like them, and their customer service is great. Only issue I have is that the lavender imperium loop seems to be different quality: It seems to be stretchier and I think will potentially retain it’s length over time much better than the other two. I originally wore the champagne pink, and it felt more tightly woven, but it quickly began to stretch out more over the course of a couple weeks that it’s actually slightly loose now. I’m a bit worried for the longevity of the pink and sand ones as they seem more similar to each other in quality versus the lavender one… good thing for those lifetime warranties 😅 Overall, I still love them”
