Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.
“Beautiful band BUT I would suggest not using the current delivery service and rethink the packaging. I paid extra to expedite my band and only just got it. The first one came late and the package was destroyed. CS had me send them one AND THEN I had a new one sent to me. By that time the one I bought was no longer in stock. The second one came and only minor damage to package. Box was not save able but the band was ok. I wouldn’t buy again until they change both shipping and packaging. Also you can’t pick the button you want on the survey it automatically puts in ‘as expected’ and you cannot adjust it.”

Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you. So the small one should be fit for you, just give it time to break in.
“5 stars for the price, and the look. They look very good dressed up or down. Customer service helpful in exchanging one of my bands that lost a pin when I was trying to adjust the length. That was time consuming and didn’t come with a manual. Otherwise it would be 5 stars all around (just difficult for me adjusting the bands). I bought 3, black, white and navy.”
