I recently had the pleasure of working with customer service. They were very prompt and courteous. They helped resolve my isssue quickly. If anything, they spent more time waiting on me to respond. Customer service like that is brooding more rare.”

My only minor complaint is that the pins are a little too thin/short for the Garmin Forerunner I have and it's come undone a few times. I will say customer service was amazing with allowing me to select the correct sizing. That being said, the different materials are not really the same size. So the braided material (imperium) fits more secure than the other material (the Paladin).”
