“The bands are as I expected. I like the quality. However, the shopping experience needs help. I don’t think I ordered the pattern of the one band and I know for certain I did not order 2 of the same! So something happened along the order process that messed up.”

“I ordered the loop bands, I followed the size instructions with printing and cutting out the paper template. Unfortunately, XS was just too tight, it fit but not comfortably. On exchanging the bands, which I loved, Solace shipped me new sizes and told me to find someone who could wear the too small bands rather than return them. I will order more from them, just because of this policy. GREAT COMPANY!”

“I really like the watch band. It looks nice and is comfortable, but it will not lock into my watch. It slides back and forth in the watch. It has not come loose but I will press it back in so it doesn’t slide all the way out. Not sure if this is a defect or if others have experienced this. With other bands it will snap into place, but this band does not do that. I have worried about it sliding completely and losing my watch but in the week of wearing it, the movement is minimal. I do not wear this band to workout. I change to a silicone band so it doesn’t jostle too much in daily activities.”
“I previously ordered a band from them off of Amazon for myself, but after seeing the different options on the website I ordered one for my girlfriend.
