“I didn’t even use them. I ordered the mystery band and it came with a free mystery band. I said it was for a woman and I was sent 2 army green bands. They were ugly and I didn’t use them.”
“I bought a slim medium black band. It’s larger than my other bands that I have in the same style. I’m sure this is a large in a medium box. Customer service wan no help at all.”

“I purchased two and got two free. The two that I bought were the Allura bands one pink sands and the other was baby blue. I was so disappointed with both of them. The colors on their website did not look anything like the ones a received. I returned all the bands back. I was so so disappointing.”
“At first I loved it, but the elastic band lost elasticity very quickly and it became too loose.
I used the onscreen guide and measured my wrist to make sure I ordered the right size. It fit well when it was new. But a few weeks later, it had already lost elasticity and was too loose to maintain my HR sensor. Bummer.”
“I rather purchase my watch bands from Apple! They stretch in them pinches my skin. The can is too small and the small are too large! I hate how they don’t slide into the watch itself. It’s an aggravating process all together. I would rather spend a little more on Apple bands so I know they fit well.”

Unfortunately, the first one was lost in shipping, so I appreciate that when I reached out to Solace, they put a second one in the mail, though it was almost a month between when I ordered it and when it finally arrived. I immediately put the screen protector on my Apple Watch, but somehow within less than a week it seems to have fallen off somewhere and is now lost.”
“Giving one star as I ordered the wrong size returned offered an exchange but instead of exchanging for same cost as when purchased was going to charge full price. So just returned for refund.”
“I measured using the provided measuring paper and the band was still too large. It is the smallest band option so there is nothing I can do but return the band. Very diasappointed! Some of us do have smaller wrists than average but there aren't options offered.”
“The pin holding the band in place to the watch was too small. It came off several times throughout the first day I wore it. Loved the color and band material but I can’t use it with it falling off.”
“The nova band clasp will not stay closed. After about two weeks of wear, the clasp began to open on its own, casing my watch to fall off my wrist. This would happen after a range of activities, from walking to typing to generally moving around. Would not recommend.”
“Product is fine, but I tried to make an exchange for a different size and the website did not work. Then I reached out to see if I could get assistance to make the exchange and never received a response.”

“The band is beautiful and feels nice and light but it won’t lock in on one end with the Apple Watch and the clasp does not stay at the wrist. This would make it impossible to wear for daily use let alone the versatility of exercise as advertised. I emailed customer service and hope that I just got a defective band.”
