“Truly one of the worst company’s I’ve had to deal with. I bought several bands from them with an estimated shipping time of 2-5 days. After two weeks with no email saying it was shipped, I decided to reach out to customer support. I sent several emails support, as well as reached out on social media over the next few weeks, with absolutely no response on their part. After a month and a half I was forced to file a charge-back with my bank. Only AFTER they were notified from my bank did they decide to send them, despite my several emails telling them not to ship as I already filed the dispute with my bank. I am now attempting to get a shipping slip to send them back, but surprise, costumer support is no help. I would not waste my time
With this company, bands were cheap looking and seemed to be the exact ones I bought cheaper from another site. Save your money.”
“I was very disappointed overall. It is difficult to adjust the links on the band. After the links are removed, it does not fit my wrist perfectly because of the size of the links. It becomes
either too tight to wear or too loose and my Apple Watch does not sit flesh against my skin which causes my watch to think I am taking it on and off all day and with an hours my watch is dead. This is something that is not common knowledge so it did take me a little while to figure out what was wrong with it and when I wrote back to the company, they said it was past 30 days and there was nothing they can do about it. How disappointing after I bought three bands and they all have the same issue!”
“I want to love them. I love the way the slim bands look and they are so comfortable, but they stretch so much. I haven’t even been wearing it for a month yet and mine has gotten so large my watch will spin all the way around my wrist. I have to constantly shove it up to the middle of my arm to make it not move around. I thought is was a fluke and bought another but so far I’m two for two for them stretching.”
“It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. I sent an email and was informed that you were moving your stock and the delivery would be delayed. I think I should have been informed by the company of the delay rather than having to send emails. Also the patterns are cute but the quality isn't great.”
“I was sent a band that did not look like the band I ordered. Spoke with Rea in customer service who said she would send a replacement band and then came back and said that the correct band was sent actually. After sending her a picture of what the band was supposed to look like she said the company changed the band design & the website does not reflect it.
I’m angry because this was not my mistake to fix and on top of that Rea did nothing to make this right for me.
This was not my first purchase from solace but it will be my last. Why would anyone purchase from you if nothing is guaranteed about what you will actually be getting?”
“I was very disappointed with the surprise bonus band that I purchased. It was a various colored verigated colored band. I prefer solid bands. I contacted the company to find out what return policy was and they explained that I would be required to pay an additional $20 to change from the multicolored band to a solid colored band. They said I was also not able to obtain a refund since I was not satisfied with the colors of the band.”
“You screwed up my order from the very beginning, I ordered two bands, you just sent one, when I contacted you, it took another days to get the band, and it was not the right one that I ordered! I will not recommend your solace bands to me friends and family ! You never compensated me and I never got the band that I ordered. besides your bands are way more expensive that ones I bought from Amazon and they were much prettier!”
“Band size said it fit 42mm watch but it was too wide, it stuck out on the sides of the watch where it connected to the watch. Need one specifically sized for 42mm wach not for mulitple size watches that is too big for the 42mm.”
“First it took 10 days from when I ordered to receive the band. When installing the band on my watch it cracked. So I took a picture of it and they said I could return it for $8.99 and I would have to wait for it get back to them, before I could wait another 10 days to get a band to use my watch.”
“I was very unhappy when I received my band it was made upside down and the part that slides into the actual face was broken and I couldn’t even get it in the space. Therefore I have been completely unable to use it.”

“When I received my order, I found out that it was the wrong color and size. It took another week to get the correct size and color. However, when I tried the band, it did not fit despite using the sizing guide. I hoped to exchange it and contacted the seller, but I have not received any response from them. Due to this, I won't be wearing the band.”
