“The worst printing company I've ever used. Twice now I've ordered WELL before the cut-off for the delivery date they promise, and then on the day nothing turned up. The first time I rang them and they clearly just didn't care at all. No offer of a refund or anything or any solution. The second time I ordered 18 HOURS before the deadline and paid extra for morning delivery. Nothing showed up. I've never had this from any other printing company. If you are unlucky and there's a rush on, you won't get your printing. They don't adjust the website cut-off times according to what they have coming in it seems. Avoid.”

Communications confirmed that show order would be the following day - Again absolutely nothing arrived. After 4 days order arrived - At this point we have unhappy client whose event has been and gone and Solopressare unwilling to refund after not been fulfilled. Several emails back and forth blaming with varying excuses. Delays can happen - but taking ownership is key - Will not use again nor recommend. - Managing Director - Big Blue Dog - Refund was not given”
“I work for a university in London and we ordered some merchandise from Solopress for one of our events. We ordered some abstract books and a banner and the quality was poor on arrival. The banner was pixelated and the book was printed terribly with sections of text cut off and official university logo's printed incorrectly.
There was also a LOT of back and forth over email regarding 'artwork errors'. A very confusing experience overall.
We will not be using this service again.”
“The inivitations I ordered are lovely and exactly what I wanted. However, the envelopes have caused absolute mahem! Firstly my invites arrived with NO envelopes at all, I then had to raise a concern and wait a week for them to be delivered. Upon delivery, I received half the envelopes the correct size and half of them too small - honestly no idea how that can even happen! I then had to raise another concern and my new evelopes arrived the next day.. great! Although they were yet again the wrong size... too small, literally more than half the size of my invites, couldn't even fit them in if I folded them in half! I then had to raise yet another concern to be told that I had to prove the envelopes were the wrong size by sending in photos of my delivery. By the time they got back to me Im at work, so Im now having to wait until I get home to send photos of my incorrect delivery to them. Im hoping 4th time lucky that the envelopes sent out today will actually arrive at the correct size!
If you're ordering from here, please do it with plenty of time before you need to send anything out as this process is now 4 weeks in and i cant send out half my invites!!”

“Terrible company. Spent thousands with them but their customer service couldn't care less. Printed a yellow flyer green. I upgraded my paper from 170gsm to 200gsm for this order but the paper was thinner than last time! Sent a compariaon in by post - after 4 weeks was told they lost it - as Royal Mail had lost a weeks worth of their mail. Hmmm. Just avoid them, they don't care. They think saving on having a reprint is good value VS retaining you as a customer. Know your value now - and don't get involved with them.”

“The worst experierence I have ever had that resulted in financial loss for my business. I have ordered a banner that was supossed to be at the event as a main item representing my business. It was a 2 day delivery option that was supossed to arrive on Wednesday but it didn't arrive and then on Friday I was told it would arrive on Friday. It didn't arrive until Tuesday next week which meant that I went to an event without a banner.
I then told SoloPress that I don't need the banner anymore because the event has already happened. They told me to refuse parcel delivery, unfortunately DPD didn't ring the bell and just left it at the door. So SoloPress organised a collection. I was told it would be picked up on Friday so I stayed home all day. It wasn't. I then called on Monday to be told it is getting collected on Monday.
I explained that so far it has been an absolutely awful experience and I was getting a shitty service and I want my refund. They disconnected my call because I used a word SHITTY SERVICE. In my opinion it's an exact representation of the service I was getting and the customer service.
The company chooses their courier providers and if DPD lets them down, they can change them. They choose not to. Instead they say WE CAN'T CONTROL WHAT DPD DOES.
Overall terrible experience and very stressful because I was relying for their products as a marketing material at the event.”

“10 days after promised delivery, still no sign of item. All customer service have repeatedly said for the last week "we need to speak to the DPD driver at the end of his shift", followed by "we need to speak to the DPD driver's Manager, when he has spoken to the driver". Picture shows item left in safe place, but this is not even within the grounds of where it should have been delivered. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in 32 years of providing print solutions. Didn't even offer refund, but my credit card company are stopping payment. AVOID!!”

“The "5 day turnaround" took 2 weeks. When I enquired as to goods whereabouts I was informed that they had been delivered and signed for by someone called "Ray" ( there are no Rays here). The parcel number bore no resemblance to the actual number that was on the parcel that arrived via DPD the following day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

Ordered Foil printed business cards for our small luxury jewellery business but cards came with gold blobs instead of graphics- no one even checked the quality of print before they’ve posted them! The second time Ive asked to re-print those cards but without any foil, just plain colour in Gloss laminated finish. They said that’s fine, what can’t be easier? No proof was sent this time, why bother? Received email they been despatched, I’ve been waiting for 2 day’s delivery (instead of next day as stated) to finally receive flimsy quality Matt finish plain cards!!
