“Excellent communication and tracking. Lovely quality tent. We had a minor issue with the outer bag to our tent which they resolved promptly and without hesitation. Excellent customer service.”

“We had looked at a few different Bell tents but came to visit Soul Pads beautiful showroom. Isobel was so brilliant and helped us pick out the right size. We used it for the first time this weekend and absolutely loved it!! We have never enjoyed camping so much, the tent was so simple to put up and had so much room that we could just relax in. Thank you.”

“Today I have set up my 3m SoulPad hybrid ... i did it single handed! I very anxious prior to setting it up as I have brought the tent to stay in solo, over 3 festivals this summer and didn't want my dream to back fire as I couldn't set it up! But fortunately I have found it ok, there is some fine tuning I need to get right with ensuring the ground sheet it evenly laid out. But I believe with a little practice I will be on to a perfect errection! Feels very good quality and is totally as I expected it to be from the add. Glad to be part of the Soul pad posse”

What a great photo of a single handed erection! Sounds like you've got a busy festival summer ahead and the 3m is the perfect 'Pad for solo travelling. Enjoy the festies and keep those photos coming!

“We have just returned from Derbyshire having spent four nights in our marvellous new Soulpad 5000 hybrid. One wet day and what a difference to sitting in our old grey nylon tent. Even with cloudy skies our Soulpad felt bright and cosy with our colourful rugs, a hot toddy and a good book. We actually looked forward to getting back to our Soulpad after a long day in the hills and slept so well. Looking forward to our holiday in France with our new 'pad'. Thank you Soulpad. “Soulpad delivered me the beautiful tent I ordered very promptly after ordering. When it had been delivered I received an email from Isobel apologising that it didn't arrive as quickly as they'd liked, and to welcome me to the Soulpad family. This was very sweet and the tent is incredible, we'll be camping a lot more than we already do now! I look forward to making many happy memories in our new Soulpad, with our baby boy. Thank you!”

“I ordered a pair of battery operated hurricane style lamps, the postage was free and they arrived next morning. Doesn't get much better than that. Fitted some batteries and they work just fine. Very good service.”

“I originally ordered a standard 4000 series bell tent lite, I was regrettably informed that due to demand this had ran out, I was instantly upgraded by soulpad to avoid any delays to a hybrid G. Now that I've used this tent 6yrs I realised just how fantastic this tent is. The hybrid G upgrades are also extremely worth the money! I've not been shy with using this tent either as I must use it 4-6x a year for hockey and normal festivals, exceptionally good value!”

“The hybrid 4000 was quick to erect and simple. The fabric is very substantial compared to other canvas I have felt and thicker gauge.”
