HELLO THE FABRIC WAS GREAT BUT IT COST ME AN ADDITIONAL 65ִ$ BECAUSE YOU INCLUDED THE COST OF THE SHIPPING IN THE COST OF THE GOODS. AND I HAD TO PAY TAXES FOR GOODS I DID NOT GET. I PICKED VERY CAREFULLY THE FABRIC SO IT WON'T BE MORE THAN 75$ , SO IT WILL BE TAX-FREE .IT WAS A BITTER-SWEET EXPERIENCE THAT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE TO ME. IT WOULD BE NICE TO TRY TO FIND A WA Y TO CORRECT IT SHALOM TO YOU AND YOURS MIRI KOSSER ISRAEL

I didn't got my product the delivery person didn't delivered it to me I have given him the address but he didn't gave me the parcel two times it happened the same where else I am getting my other parcel in usual timing.....the worst service for the second time...

I have not yet received myboriduct....it has reached y place Palakkad nearly 2 weeks back...but the blue dart people r not delivering it....last time also they did the same....whatever reason they r putting up in their tracking site is wrong....its a lie...they had written unavailable once..its a lie...mine is a shop...it is open all days except sundays....no response on from their phone either...blue dart is very very bad....I have one more product which they r not delivering

DEAR sir, You may have received my mail, relating to light model no. EN-35, which I have purchased from Amazon. Order number-407 36489607917937, dated 13/09/22. THOUGH the mail copy missing in my system. Hence writing again. When I try to charge above-mentioned light, the plug pin was was not stable, due to thin pin. Please see the video attachment. I tried to call you on 7289922572, but nobody picked. See the attachment. I charged for more than 12 hours. But the red indicator light remain red. Also, when I put "on" the switch of emergency chargeable light, 2 side lights got "on". Now, Charging was on. Tubes also were on simultaneously!!! Whenever I have USED IN PAST, this kind of emergency chargeable light, say..Bajaj, Philips...etc, Every thing was working automatically . ie. , When we keep the light for changing, simultaneously we keep "on", the emergency chargeable light-switch ALSO. So that... When charging is "on" , Tubes will not turn "on". Tubes will turn "on",,,, only when power supply not available! This automation is missing. Do you have any solution for this? Please reply and the do NEEDFUL ASAP. THANKS. M. Gala NB. I HAVE talked to AMAZON also, who have suggested to talk to you first for solution. Thanks again.

Sorry to day that I had a very bad experience with source it right. I never received the parcel but got a message that it was delivered. It's been 15vdays but the problem is not resolved yet.
