“Very poor quality. Will definitely be returning the horseshoe necklace....it looks and feels like a really cheap piece you might get out of an Xmas cracker...very disappointed.”

“I paid for next day delivery on a Friday night. I am aware it has to be before 3pm in order for it to come the next day however as this was a Friday night surely this should of been sent to us on the Saturday so would of been received by the Monday however I received an email to say it had been despatched on the Monday. When I emailed I received no response. I paid extra for the next day delivery but it was hardly any quicker!”

“I left a message reguarding the item I had bought and I was disappointed with the packaging it came in as it wasn't the best quality as it was the first few times I purchased items. No one called me back to resolve the matter. Disappointing as this was for a birthday gift.”

“I bought the gold coin necklace it looked great very shiny and just like the holly Willoughby one, however, it tarnished and had marks all over it after a few wears. I sent it back they apologised and sent me a new one but again I cant wear it as it tarnished after a few wears I didn't bother to return it. I think for the amount I paid this is poor quality and a waste of my money.”

“I bought the two coin silver necklace as a gift after having the gold coin necklace bought for me as a gift. Sadly, I have been told that the necklace has since broken off the chain and therefore do not think that I would purchase again. Service very good.”
