I will NEVER buy from them again. Wrong item received, returned as instructed, with proof of postage, and have never heard from them again despite phone calls and emails. Unreliable and discourteous.

You are selling items which are not available. Waiting for some items for 16 days now and still haven't receive them, causing delays to my job completion/payment and also client satisfaction/feedback ruins my business reputation. Not happy at all :(

Never got the screws we ordered before xmas 17. Chased by email assured despatched. Chased by email again no reply. Called customer service no answer. Bad experience.

The product is rubbish. It just burns off when the plate is heated after application, even if left for over 24 hours before using. It smells terribly when burning off. The service from Sparks was fine, but the product is a waste of time and money - a big disappointment.

We were sent the wrong element and upon fitting the item broke, we complained on your website and are still waiting for a response- when I enquiries as to why it was taking so long you stated it took up to 21days to procure we are still waiting!!! That was in mid November and still nothing not happy at all Will Pykett

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Firstly my package was "lost" and didn't arrive secondly I was promised next day delivery .. I waited 5 days and still I have no parcel. when phoning to request refund the colleague on the phone laughed and told me he would have to wait and try and find the tracking details for the parcel. however company was fast enough to take the money out my account for the products I never received. STILL waiting...

I bought 10 lightbulbs for my lounge and kitchen replacements- the first bulb blew 4 hours later the second blew 24 hours later - both in lounge - tried one in kitchen blew 10 days later - I am now stuck with 7 bulbs that are obviously of no use - very, very unhappy ( especially considering what they cost me) I will never use this company again.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear this, generally our bulbs last for atleast 2000 hours on halogens, and LED much longer. Please contact our sales team on 01295 568 105 and we will be happy to a) Get to the bottom of why they are blowing B) Replace free of charge if there are faulty

3 weeks to receive an order which was sent in dribs and drabs, never delivered when they said they would and ended up having to pay extra call out charges for electricians.

I received a 4-way dimmer switch Nexus product which is faulty but the customer service department seems unable to provide me with a return address details. Very poor returns process and very unhappy to be nearly £30 out of pocket.

They did not dispatch my item in 10 days, they did not respond to my email chasing them up and then offered a lame excuse about not receiving the items from the manufacturer. I am still waiting. Fortunately, putting this all down as an unfortunate experience will not be too expensive or painful. However, I shall not be using them again.

A light was sent faulty, it was a bit of a performance to get it replaced and Sparks still haven't paid the postage for the faulty package we returned. Communication with Sparks is a nightmare. I would avoid.

I have requested to return an item and get a refund. Have returned the item as per their instruction. Paid my own return postage and yet i havent received my refund. Spent more for nothing! Have contacted their customer service continuously but didnt get a reply! Not recommended!

Placed the order friday almost two weeks ago and the goods never arrived. I just got mail yesterday that just despatched the items. If you go on holiday at least let me know.
