Non receipt of items and failure to respond to two emails

Item over priced for what it actually is, customer service was poor, states next day delivery on the website but that’s not true for all items but doesn’t notify you of that when purchasing. When I contacted them chancing up my order I was told they system thought the item was in stock but it wasn’t so had had to be ordered in and would receive the item in a couple of days. When it didn’t arrive I contacted them by phone and was told a totally different story and when I stated what I had been previously told e asked who had told me that and funnily enough it was him!!! It too over a week to eventually come which when your expecting next day delivery at time of purchase is just not acceptable I would have ordered elsewhere if I had known. Obnoxious customer service and not apologetic for their error either.

Ordered on the 11th & item did not ship until the 30th despite saying item would ship within 10 days of ordering. Emailed Sparks Warehouse to question delivery without getting a reply which also meant I could not cancel the order, which I could have got from Screwfix for half the price had it been in stock. Ripoff company that I will never use again.

Delivery took forever so i purchased else where, Refund well I'm still waiting as returns take unto 4 weeks, I would never use this company again.

never received order, no communication from Sparks Warehouse, opened a case on paypal, did not reply to that either, very disappointing

I was only sent half of what I purchased - a 2 gang plug with flap (I got the flap only). I have since emailed back 3 times, only 1 email answered and still have not received the item I need.

The items were of a good quality and at a great price. However it took a week shy of 2 months to get all 7 of the electrical sockets that I ordered. Responses from the company were apologetic but I had to do all the chasing and keep the pressure on to get my order completed. An order status update unprompted by myself from their customer services would have gone a long way I feel, and would be a polite way to keep customers from going elsewhere.

The freezer drawer I received came broken I have since sent it back and still waiting a refund this was over a month ago very un happy

Usually pretty good for stuff but totally let me down on a job bought an accessory that was listed as in stock but after a week had to email to be told it’s out of stock and may take a week 2 weeks later gave up got refund went some were else poor service this time

Placed an order for one item, showing as despatching in 2-7 days . . . after just over 2 weeks of hearing nothing from them, I emailed them . . . no response. Emailed again . . . no response. Then they just cancelled my order with an automatic notification by email. Wasted my time completely, and the item I ordered is STILL showing as available in 2-7 days on their website. Worse still, they took the money from my credit card when I placed the order! From my experience of ordering with them, this company look like scammers.

Unfortunately, we are unable to stock everything in our collection of products, so on items we don't stock, we are at the mercy of our suppliers. We typically respond to all emails within 24 hours, so not sure how your one would have been missed, of course I want to get to the bottom of this, so please call our sales team on 01295 568 105 and I will resolve this. Ordered some sockets with specific amperage, got sent the wrong ones. Contacted for replacement, waited 15 days, no sign of them. Contacted Sparks again, and completed the return. 2days later the right sockets arrive, returned. On this I've lost time going to the post office, plus money with all the post returns. 22 days after still waiting on my refund.

tried to return 2 items with the returns policy had no joy phoned loads of times and got told the same thing you need to do it all online which i did and was suppose to get a email to confirm this and a returns address IM STILL WAITING called the company yet again and got no where. Its been going on nearly 2 months and now Guess what IM STILL WAITING and ive wasted my money and my time on this company trying to sort this situation out. such a terrible customer service would not recommend them.

Original told all items in stock , eventually got part of order over a week later then had to keep phoning to chase rest of order which took nearly 2 weeks

Overall a pretty rubbish buying experience. Delayed shipping. Only part of my order coming and no indication when the rest will follow. There is an alternate company with similar prices. Go there instead. Can't be worse!!!!

Order took weeks to arrive, I had to be the one chasing all the time - plus was given differing updates when rung to email responses. I can apricate things may not always go smoothly but delayed my installation and cost me money. If I had been advised not in stock sooner may have not cost me so much in the long run.

Delivery was really slow, took weeks and came in several deliveries. Thought I’d give you a try as your prices were ok but I’m afraid I won’t be using you again.

Not even worth a star.advertised item was totally wrong colour as shown .then tried to return item and got charged £14 for doing it .even though i rang them and they didnt even get back to me .shocking font buy of them
