“Was struggling to find a quality lamp, that was not to intrusive at a reasonable price.”

“Staff are very helpful! The product looks different to how it looks on the website which is a bit disappointing as I liked the colour of the lamp shade as shown online which is why brought it. The other disappointing thing was that I had to purchase the electricak fitting separately ended up paying more that I would of liked. It was on clear that they were sold separately. I’ve given a rating of 4 star because of the service from the staff.”

“Very efficient. Good product and price. No trouble with refunding items not used. Only issue is with products Nexus. Very difficult to retro fit due to bulk of internals shape. Also need long retaining screws for all items.”

“Very happy with price and delivery from the sparks warehouse, I can not fault. The electricial product external finish lovely , though the layout and location of screws on back of the switches could of been I feel better designed... no fault of sparks warehouse I'm sure. I would use sparks warehouse again. Thanks”

“Well--not a totally satisfactory outcome directly but you were able to help on hinges for our Hoover washer---we had to buy a new door!! actual hinges no longer stocked Refund was prompt...thank you”

“Good product at a good price. Not the quickest delivery, and when contacting their customer services with a query no response, had there have been an issue with the order this would have been frustating. As it was everything was fine so just a niggle that they didn't respond.”
