“I put my order in with Sparks and it was a really easy website to navigate! With it being my first order I recieved a discount at the check out which was as a bonus and it arrived in 3 days which was perfect for my sparky!”

“Staff are very helpful! The product looks different to how it looks on the website which is a bit disappointing as I liked the colour of the lamp shade as shown online which is why brought it. The other disappointing thing was that I had to purchase the electricak fitting separately ended up paying more that I would of liked. It was on clear that they were sold separately. I’ve given a rating of 4 star because of the service from the staff.”

“The product is rubbish. It just burns off when the plate is heated after application, even if left for over 24 hours before using. It smells terribly when burning off. The service from Sparks was fine, but the product is a waste of time and money - a big disappointment.”

“We were sent the wrong element and upon fitting the item broke, we complained on your website and are still waiting for a response- when I enquiries as to why it was taking so long you stated it took up to 21days to procure we are still waiting!!! That was in mid November and still nothing not happy at all Will Pykett”
