“Have been a purchaser from Speed Graphic for many years either online or at the annual trade shows in Birmingham NEC, and have been on the whole very pleased with service & value. But I have been somewhat frustrated by their carriage costs online i.e All areas except those shown below 1-2 day service up to 30kg £4.95. I would like option of lower second class delivery 3-5 day for smaller items - bought a a pair of gloves few ounces in weight and it cost £4.95 ?”

“Excellent transaction, fast shipping service. Online catalog was also easy to browse and search. Overall satisfaction very high, aside for the postal service in my country which delayed a few days the delivery.”

“The lady I spoke to on the phone was so super helpful - nothing was too much trouble and she went and checked out specs of a product for me and called me back. Also, on speaking to her I realised they actually had all the gear I was after so managed to find it online in the store with her help (website not so easy to find products on unless you know specifically what you want!). Overall a fab customer experience. The only thing I would say they need to do is work on the online purchasing experience.”

“Good and prompt delivery. The Walkstool comfort 55 proved comfortable and a good sitting height with legs extended (I am 5ft 6ins). It is intended for use when out plein air painting and I wanted a sturdy item both for handling load and uneven ground. I can see it going with me on other occasions eg walking and visits to exhibitions as it seems very portable.”
