“SpiceJet is the worst airline in the world. My last 5 spicejet experiences. 1 flight cancellation, 1 airport change, 3 flights depart delayed twice to thrice.
SpiceJet interior experience is worst, their on-ground services are pathetic. Their customer service is unresponsive. Their timeliness is the worst. They are just liars, and won't even care about customer grievances. Please avoid this worst service provider if possible.”
“In spite of having covid-19 vaccination certificate spice jet security staff and officials were not allowing passengers for boarding. They are absolutely rubbish. I have been compelled to use such languages. I doubt spicejet officials and security staffs are illiterate or moron ! They are neither ready to listen to passengers nor ready to provide service. Cooperating with passengers is far away ! I'm not telling spicejet to do anything against rules. But spice jet guys should use their brains first to know and understand the rules and then only they should work ! They only harrase passengers. They are not professional and very rude also. They are so arrogant . I won't recommend anyone spicejet airline.”
