The worst of worst airlines... Not a well disciplined staff and very arrogant to the passengers...Not the correct information provided by the customer relationship management...No response to the Mail upto 4-5 days...Not a single customer service number is connectable...

Worst service. Always delayed . Staff behaviour also not good . Suppose a customer is late 5 mins then no need to board. But yours side is delayed then what??? Airline shoud harassed the customer. Already cancel the flight from 29th may 2026 evening time to morning time 6.05 still its delayed what is your commitment. Worst and poor service👎👎👎 Flight no- SPICEJET SG194 AHMEDABAD to KOLKATA

I Gaurav Kumar, am constrained to issue this formal complaint-cum-legal notice against SpiceJet for gross negligence, deficiency in service, and continuous mental harassment caused to me due to repeated mishandling of my flight booking (PNR: I7Y47L). I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Delhi scheduled for 31st March at 10:30 PM due to urgent personal requirements. However, the sequence of events reflects sheer irresponsibility and lack of professionalism on your part: • On 25th March, I was informed that the said flight was cancelled. • Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to connect with your customer care, as calls remained busy or were automatically disconnected after long waiting periods. • On 26th March, I received communication that the flight was rescheduled to 11:35 PM on 31st March. • Upon reaching the airport on the scheduled date, I was shockingly informed that the flight was again cancelled, without any prior intimation. • After prolonged inconvenience and arguments at your counter, I was reluctantly accommodated in another flight scheduled for 1st April at 6:30 AM. • To my utter shock, even this flight timing was changed again to 7:30 AM, further compounding my distress. The above acts clearly amount to: • Deficiency in service • Unfair trade practice • Gross negligence • Mental harassment and agony caused to a consumer Due to your repeated failures, I suffered: • Severe mental trauma and harassment • Loss of valuable time and sleep • Disturbance of urgent travel plans Such conduct is in clear violation of consumer rights and established service standards. Therefore, I hereby demand: 1. A written explanation for such repeated lapses. 2. Adequate compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and losses suffered. 3. Immediate steps to ensure accountability and prevent recurrence. Take notice that if I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 days from receipt of this notice, I shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your company before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and other competent authorities, at your entire risk as to cost and consequences. This notice is issued without prejudice to my legal rights and remedies available under applicable laws. Regards,

Waiting for take off for last one hour in aircraft. It is very hot and suffocating in the aircraft. They are announcing that refuelling is in progress, pl be patient.

I have had the worst experience with SpiceJet today. After a last-minute schedule change, all passengers were deboarded and essentially abandoned. We were told to either cancel our tickets or wait for an update. It is now 11:00 PM, and we have been waiting since 7:00 PM without a single word from the staff or the airline. There is no accountability, no information, and no concern for the passengers left sitting at the airport. Avoid this airline at all costs if you actually want to reach your destination This level of passenger neglect is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking with this carrier I wanted to give negative but don't option less than 1*

Zero rating always delayed no proper communication no staffing no ethics nothing worst airlines ever. Never ever book in spicejet even if it's cheapest among all other airlines

I traveled from Bangalore to Delhi(SG 141), but I have still not received my luggage. I was advised to contact the number 9711733467; however, despite multiple attempts, there has been no response. It has now been over 24 hours, and I have not received any update regarding my baggage. This lack of communication and coordination is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the service standards. Additionally, the duty staff member at the Delhi airport luggage counter, Mr. Jitendra, has been unresponsive and is not answering calls. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and is affecting our further travel plans.

Wow, amazing service by SpiceJet 👏 Lost my checked-in baggage (Case No. 1053992) on my DEL → BOM flight (PNR: S78ZYR, 27 March 2026, Seat 27A)… and the real highlight? SG 145 BOM to IXB on 27th March 2026; delayed not for half an hour, not for one or two hour, delayed for totally new schedule. The departure time was at 7:50 am which rescheduled for 12:30 Pm. Whole day had not sleep to reach before time to airport for the given time, but no use of coming so early. Waiting a long hours till afternoon. Very very disappointing. No prior delay message, time displayed on the screen was as per the ticket time, but kept us waited for long time. Not allowing for baggage checking. After asking to the staff we know it's delayed by long hours. Choose not to travel by Spicejet again. Very unsatisfactory service.

Very bad experience very annoying SG-937 very bad spoil my whole day from 4 am to 2pm they just make me waiting without any responsibility. I will never take this flight in future. I will rather pay some extra amount for another one but never spicejet never today they spoil my whole day full plan og the day. Shameful.

Horrible service by @flyspicejet again. Jaipur to Mumbai delayed flight & charging on the counter for carrying hand luggage without allowing us to put in cargo & randomly charging as per their choice. SAHIL & VARSHA at Jaipur are the worst at services. Just sheer lootcase.

PNR: EKE6NR Flight: SG106 Route: Mumbai – Delhi Original departure: 14 March, 12:30 AM Here’s what happened: • At 3:35 PM I received a call from SpiceJet informing me that my flight had been delayed to 1:15 AM due to “operational reasons.” • However, I simultaneously received an SMS and boarding pass showing the original time of 12:30 AM. • This created complete confusion regarding my actual departure time. When I tried calling customer care to clarify, the lines were unreachable for hours. After more than 10 attempts and over 3 hours of trying, I finally got through. Shockingly, I was then informed that a flight change had been made in the system — something I never confirmed or paid for. Apparently, a “technical glitch” on the SpiceJet website changed my booking and even generated a debit note without my authorization or payment. Despite explaining this repeatedly: • Customer care showed zero accountability • No one acknowledged the confusion created by SpiceJet • I was asked to pay ₹10–11K extra to get back onto my original flight • When I agreed and went to the counter to pay, I was suddenly told they could not accommodate me on that flight or the next one either I was effectively stranded and forced to book a last-minute ticket with another airline just to reach Delhi. This entire situation was caused by SpiceJet’s system errors and poor customer support, yet I was left to bear the cost and stress. I am demanding: Full refund of my SpiceJet ticket Reimbursement of the alternate flight I had to book due to your inability to assist A formal explanation of how a flight change was processed without my authorization or payment This level of service and lack of accountability is shocking. Absolutely disgraceful experience with SpiceJet. My flight was delayed from 7:20 PM to 1:10 AM, showing shocking operational failure, terrible airline management, and zero professionalism. When boarding finally started, passengers were called and then forced to stand with their luggage for over 30 minutes while the staff showed complete incompetence and mismanagement. This is nothing short of customer harassment and pathetic service. Passengers are paying for a reliable airline and professional operations, not this level of chaos, negligence, and disrespect. If SpiceJet cannot perform the most basic airline duties, it would be better for them to shut down rather than continue this embarrassment of a service.
