My son was travelling by this flight.\r\n\r\nThis is to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the utterly careless and insensitive handling of passengers on your flight SG263 from Delhi to Kolkata on 9th October 2025.\r\n\r\nThe flight, scheduled to depart at 7:30 AM, was delayed by over two and a half hours and took off only around 10:00 AM. Passengers had been waiting since as early as 5:00 AM, yet not a single glass of water or any refreshment was offered at the airport lounge or on board before take-off.\r\n\r\nSuch complete neglect of basic passenger comfort and dignity is shocking for an airline that claims to value customer experience. Even after boarding, there was no acknowledgment of the delay, no courtesy announcement, and no attempt to offer refreshments as a gesture of goodwill.\r\n\r\nThe flight finally landed at Kolkata around 11:55 AM, meaning passengers spent nearly seven hours in total transit without even minimal care. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.\r\n\r\nI urge you to reflect seriously on how poorly this situation was handled. If this is the level of customer care SpiceJet offers, it\u2019s no surprise that passengers are rapidly losing trust. "I would give it zero star. I am waiting at the airport (with my family) from last 10 hours and flight keeps getting delayed. The official message is that due to bad weather flight is delayed. But infact more than 6 flights (offcourse of other airlines) have already been departed from the same airport in that time span."
