“The worst airline ever. I've spent around 6k to buy the ticket and rescheduling my flight as well and they cancelled the flight at the last minute due to bad weather whereas other flights were taking off. And now I've got the refund of just 1600. Had a word with their customer service they have confirmed that they can only provide the refund for 1600 only as I've booked the flight from the third party (MMT). I'm furious to have such horrible experience. In future, if I had the option to choose between spicejet and a bus, I would surely go for the bus.”
“We had worst experience travelling in SpiceJet from Bagdogra to Delhi.
The flight timings changed 5 times, even 3 hours before the flight.
The staff of SpiceJet is not at all cooperative”
“Spice Jet is the worst airline I have ever dealt with the Appellate Authority team doesn't have any idea what they are doing I had a flight cancellation back in June 2024 I am awaiting compensation to be paid for that I have been consistently emailing the above team for that they have no idea as mentioned above every time a different person will email asking for something different. How come this team is not trained in processing competition?”
“I would give it zero star. I am waiting at the airport (with my family) from last 10 hours and flight keeps getting delayed. The official message is that due to bad weather flight is delayed. But infact more than 6 flights (offcourse of other airlines) have already been departed from the same airport in that time span.”

“Very bad experience with Spicejet flight,
I have booked ticket for DXB to Amritsar, flight timing was 3AM in the morning but flight time scheduled 4 times and after that Bording gate also chage 4 times.
It's very disappointing,
I would suggest never travel with Spicejet...”

Travelling with my parents who are senior citizens and my 5 year old child, I almost fainted to keep pace with their continuous change of boarding gates and lack of announcement. The time and date changed four times in one day. How they think old people can shift gates at this random change. This is complete harrasment.”

Now because of there issue i am getting high price flights from other airlines as my trip dates are near , so to book other flight on short notice its high amount we need to pay.
