“Just watched a video of ur staff slapping a security person. She could have reported to the authorities instead of snapping if the security did something wrong . This is not good . May be these staffs who are not mentally healthy should be grounded. Flying with such short tempered staffs is risky Spice jet authorities do a mental health check up of ur staff from time to time”
“**Bad Review for SpiceJet Management:**
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with SpiceJet regarding a simple just small 3 letters name mismatch issue between my passport and ticket. Despite providing my passport, Emirates ID, and debit card details which is used for this ticket booking, SpiceJet failed to resolve the issue. Their management was shockingly unhelpful and displayed a complete lack of empathy towards customer concerns.
When I visited the SpiceJet office, hoping for a solution, the management's response was cold and dismissive. They outright refused to make any effort to correct the name on my ticket, claiming it was against their policy. It's astonishing that with all the information I provided, they couldn't facilitate a straightforward name modification in their system.
Yesterday, they prevented me from traveling, causing a waste of my time , energy and money.
Their proposed solution was absurd and customer-unfriendly. They insisted that I should forfeit the entire ticket amount and rebook if I wanted to travel. This shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a complete absence of flexibility in their policies.
Overall, my experience with SpiceJet's management was beyond disappointing. They not only failed to address a basic customer service issue but also displayed a lack of professionalism and willingness to assist. I would strongly advise against using SpiceJet if you value competent and customer-centric service.

“Oh my God! What a worst Airline one could ever find.. I mean every single time I buy ticket (whether International trip of Domestic) and I regret it to the core as it proves to be the worst as always.
This morning (12th June 2024) my father travelled from Dubai to Mumbai, and he is 72 years old and guess what? the flight was delayed by 2 hours and 30 minutes.
I believe they should shutdown their operations globally as they don't deserve to be in this industry. Better let them choose to sell PanCakes instead..”
“My flight from Bagdogra to Kolkata at 18.00 was cancelled and I was moved to a flight 10 hours earlier at 8.00 in the morning. It was not possible for me to go then and I had to book a flight with another airline. On their website it is promised that a full refund would be paid to the same credit card that I used to pay. When I asked for my refund I was told that they only pay it to a Indian bank account. As a non Indian I do not have that. So I never received the refund.”
“Flight number SG510 from Srinagar to Mumbai on 6th June 2024. It was a worst experience. Flight was at 6.40pm which was delayed then cancelled and rescheduled for next day. No compensation. No service. Worst experience. No cooperation from staff. So many families stranded at the airport with elderly people, kids. No help from any staff member No customer service reachable. Please don’t take SpiceJet flights as each and every flight is delayed. Will never travel by SpiceJet nor will ever recommend to anyone. Also while travelling from Mumbai to Srinagar, there was a delay of more than 3 hours.”

“On 1st June while traveling from Dubai to Mumbai from Spicejet flight SG 14, our luggage was left behind by the airlines at the Dubai airport. The luggage was supposed to be collected by us from the airport but the airlines sent the baggage at home. On receiving the baggage half of the items from the suitcase was stolen. On calling the airlines staff there was no response to our calls neither was any reply given on mail as well. The things stolen from the baggage had valuables like perfumes, expensive tshirts, baby clothes and bags. We had a terrible Experience flying with Spice jet also no support or guidance is given by any of the staff. This was our last flight by Spice jet. Requesting people to think twice about the security of your luggage before travelling through spice jet.”

“Spice is the worst airlines I have ever travelled through. I did web check in and made payment for a window seat and was allotted one. But when I went to check in my luggage they told me they don’t have any record of my payment, I showed them the records and the seat I was allotted but they did not consider. They had no regards to the inconvenience I was having, I was ultimately alloted a middle seat which I was trying to avoid from the beginning. I am never gonna travel through spicejet and I would recommend the same for all. I have never had such bad experience with any other airlines ever.”
“Spice Jet is the worst airlines ever. My grandparents who are 75+ were traveling from Bagdogra to Guwahati yesterday. It was supposed to fly at 6:30 but got delayed and due to bad weather got diverted to Kolkata later on. You guys kept the passengers inside the plane in Kolkata for 3-4 hours and just gave them 2 packets biscuits each?

“Spice Jet are the most shameless airline operator bringing huge disrepute to the Indian aviation industry. In fact, rather than classifying them as airline company they should be put together with unethical and shameless looters who don't hesitate to behave like rogues -the reason I say so is as follows:
1. They will attract you by putting up the cheapest fare because they know they can extract more once you have taken the bait
2. Unfortunately, it took me 4-5 flights to realise what a sham operator they are, on most occasions they will change their flight schedule last moment, cancel or run late
3. Even if they run late by more than 3 hours don't even except a bottle of water from them
4. Worst, they look for loopholes to fleece you.. like they will start boarding very late and then charge you extra cabin baggage, extra laptop bag. Even if you don't have any luggage and ask them that I want to put my bag in luggage, they will say luggage check-in is closed
5. Meanwhile you will lose all the time because of the bad behaviour of their employees who are well trained to behave badly. So once they have got kore money they may even say you are now late to board!!
6. Their flight attendants and ground staffs are rowdy, ready to pick a fight with you... extremely low quality people work with them as they don't even pay their staff on time
7. On boarding you will realise, AC system is not working that's because they keep their engine turned off to last minute while they keep you seated in a stuffed manner
8. Aircraft are poorly maintained, broken parts, loose seats are a common phenomenon!
9. Most undertrained pilots who risk your life - maximum turbulence, sudden height loss and especially on landing you will feel as if the entire aircraft has been suddenly dumped on the runway!!
10. Customers for them are a joke
There are lot more but I can't waste more time for such a company. Unfortunately, the regulators in India are turning a blind eye on this disgraceful company and risking lives of people. My only advice, don't fall for saving 500-800 bucks, and only book yourself on a decent flight, but if you don't believe me then please go and experience the red hot spicy hospitality of Spice Jet!!”
“I flew from Dubai to Amritsar at 1st may , flight is good but I disappointed from staff they doesn’t care the customer things. Luggage Assist Service was so poor ,they people broken my luggage as well wheels, when i seen my luggage like this condition same time i went to customs care there also no one present on desk. I was waiting there half an hour on customer desk finally i tired there to looking someone who will help .. it was very bad experience in my life . Next time i will never choose this flight…”
