“I placed an order about 3 weeks ago. Since I am living in France I was worried about the delivery. My order was very well packed and taken care of. “Delivery was not as promised. We got a delay of one day during our last purchase. No information from the delivery company, why was the delay? We were waiting for the whole day for the delivery, but no communication, as why was it not delivered - not even a SMS or a phone call.”
