“One of the ingredients was out of stock. And the package was sent without it. I was refunded but it was important ingredient. I would have preferred to cancel the order.”

“The delivery is not going very well nowadays. it was much better before. They sometimes dont give a time range which makes it really difficult. The last time they delivered at 11:30 in the night. This makes it really difficult as we have to unpack all vegetables at night and then refrigerate them.”

“I am yet to receive my package instead of almost 10 days of the parcel being delivered. The shop to which it was delivered is almost never open at times when a working person can go and get the package. making it impossible to collect it.”
