“I would like to report a very unsatisfying experience with this order: ORDER #48075 The order arrived on the 11th of May and multiple packages were damaged. Most annoyingly the ginger-garlic paste bottle had opened leaking through the whole box and a bag of lentils (which was significantly torn) was all over the bag mixed with the liquid from the ginger garlic paste and took me over 2 hours to clean all the bags. I understand that the delivery is not primarily your responsibility but packing them safely to allow for issues would be considered yours. Extremely disappointed.”

“I would always recommend this online Indian shop. Lots of brands and varieties of goods available. Fresh vegetables are carefully packed and dispatched. Perfect packing of goods which are expiring after 6-15 months. I would definitely buy again from here.”

“Order for 2 packets of fresh curry leaves which arrived after 7 days. One packet was okay. The second packet was rotten and had to it throw away:-(”

“1. Bestellung bei spice village. Sehr gutes Angebot. Sehr gut funktionierender Kundendienst. Ich muss zwar auf englisch schreiben, aber das klappt gut. Sobald mich wieder etwas interessiert, werde ich wieder an einem Wochenanfang bestellen.”
