“Shipping was a disaster. i ordered from Berlin to Berlin and the package had gone to Leipzig. I had ordered paneer and dosa batter. However, they were not properly packed with cooling material and when it arrived, I had to toss it.”

“I have ordered a package. You delivered 3 packages and took money for the all 3 packages. In my account it clearly shows that i have ordered only once. I have returned the duplicate package byvspending delivery cost. You have not return money for one packet and ghe other one you have credited reduced money saying vegetables are spoiled. Why should i bare this much amount for your mistake. You have not even replied to the mail i sent. Such a poor customer service i have ever seen. You did not even check that you are delivering same order thrice to the same house. Such an irresponsible delivery service”

“My package was returned delayed by DHL and I contacted the customer service just once. They were prompt to track and update the status of the package and resent it at the earliest without any more follow up from my end. Really appreciate their promptness.Keep up the good work”
