“Many Items missing on the order . Wet items ( refrigerator sensitive) came in a normal cardboard box with no cool bag. So I don’t know how long it’s been sat in the delivery vehicle. Not sure if I will order again.”

“My order delivered after 2 days, but they charged same day delivery fee.Some items were unavailable, but it shows on website.So I got email about then we did lots of discussion about that which kills time.”

“Everything is mostly fine with products delivered. However sometimes the delivered product is either of poor quality or in case of onions(moist, sprouted and rotten sometime) and curry leaves were old stock/dried”

“Good quality : the people at shop care and they tell us to get a different thing if we are picking up an expired item which they have piled in one corner but yet to be removed. Good availability atleast as per my needs. Great service. User friendly website and deliveries Feedback is cared about : I had complained for some problems regarding the previous website, the feedback was taken and in the new version I don't see that problem. Prices are competitive.”

“Did not receive the Invoice on our company name. I had to pay the money from my pocket due to your company's mistake. While checking out as guest, there was no option to add billing address. After the purchase, I got to see that the billing address was automatically added same as the delivery address. Informed the customer service team immediately, and did not receive any help from them. Poor customer service, I must say. Due to this reason, me and my friends are not shifting towards another online Indian store.”

“The last time I ordered ripe and unripe plantains , I was given ripe plantains for unripe and over bad for ripe plantains . And I even sent them messages and pictures to prove my point but they bother not to reply. So am not buying from again”
